Need-to-know information for guests at this property
Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation.
Please note that the name of the guest on booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder. Guests must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. The property reserves the right to perform a new charge for the full amount if the guests do not present their credit card upon check-in.
Please note that in case of 2 persons booking, guests must provide details of the second or third person if travel times are different time.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
A damage deposit of THB 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
